We do...and we don't think we're alone. And we certainly are sick of just sitting around, taking it, and feeling like we can't be heard. That's why we put together Jurple as the place for you to air out your consumer frustrations. It sucks being a customer today, but with Jurple, at least we have a forum to be heard and maybe glean a little information about what to do or avoid with companies in the future.
To get it off your chest, all you need to do is follow a 3-step process:
1. Register
2. Post your grievances
3. Check out what others are saying
That's it! Pretty simple, huh? And we know that sometimes it's hard to make your point with words alone, so if you have video or audio to go along with your grievances, even better! Just go ahead and upload those. Remember, it's all free for you!
Think of this as primal scream therapy over the Internet. Let it all out and you'll feel better. And don't be surprised if you find others feeling the same way. If you're anything like us, you'll either have a morbid curiosity about how screwed over other people are or want to commiserate with them about similar situations.
